DIES S.r.l. (following DIES), through its own Board of Directors, at the meeting on November 26th 2012, approved the organisational, management and control Model (following Model) pursuant to Legislative Decree n° 231, dated 8th June 2001 and s.m
This Decree disciplines administrative liabilities of legal people, of companies and associations even without legal personality.
The adoption of the Model and its effective and constant putting into effects is a reason of exemption from the administrative liability for DIES, referring to the commitment of some offenses types and is an act of social responsibility, in respect of those people to whom the success of the company's results is required (stakeholders).
About this purpose Dies has besides adopted an Ethical Code addressed to all apical subjects, to employees, to the Administrative organ, to the Board of Statutory Auditors, as well as to all those are involved under the management and vigilance of the Upper Management of the company.
The DIES' Board of Directors has therefore appointed a Watch Structure (Odv) entrusted with independent powers of initiative and control that watches over the right Model's application, over its observation and its updating.

The Ethical Code and the Model are therefore two complementary and integrated instruments in which find information about processes that DIES has implemented to avoid manslaughter and non-intentional serious and very serious injuries arising out of the breach of accident prevention laws and regulations as well as laws and regulations on health protection at work (art.25 septies Dlgs 231/2001 and s.m.).
In particular this company management, implemented and certified in accordance with the British Standard OHSAS 18001:2007, has been thought to construct and promote a specific security policy as a mark of a company culture careful to identify and check potential risks for every area of responsibility, ensuring its own reputation and the compliance with applicable laws and regulations about health and security in work areas.
