A central part of the company in terms of both solutions and innovations researched and realised also according to each customer’s specifications.

Our office is equipped with specialised software (Creo, NX, Visi) for 3D-2D CAD-CAM design.

We are able to make monoblock, transfer and progressive dies.

We are also able to assist our customers with modifications on existing moulds, whether of our own construction or not, in order to obtain a quality product despite the fact that the moulds are no longer young and, in our mindset, must remain in production for as long as possible.

Material selection, heat treatment and machining on CNC machines complete the cycle.

We have also equipped ourselves with the “Stampak” programme for simulations and drawing tests.
